Dosa Paradise - Brampton, Ontario

Visited last week. Restaurant was clean and staff girl was helpful. Personally I didn’t love the food as there was no taste in sambhar (too thin as well) and other 2 were tasteless as well. Only thing I love is just dhosa taste and coconut chutney (very less quantity). Only 1 ... napkin, 1 spoon were provided(no forks). Casual place for south Indian food. Good taste & price. Located conveniently on Hurontario & Steeles. Their spicy butter milk is worth trying.

Great value! You can get a big meal with 2 'mini' (but still quite large and filling) dosa, idly and vada with a drink for less than $15. Sambar is delicious but the chutneys weren't the best I've had. I found the coconut chutney particularly disappointing but it ... didn't ruin the meal. This place is okay. I went there after couple of years and it has gone downhill a bit .We ordered manchurian idli medium spicy but was sweet. Wasn't close to being manchurian , it was sauted onions and green peppers on it mixed with some sweet sauce.The dosa wasn't crispy ... as it's supposed to be .But overall taste was okay and there is scope for improvement. Trying out this place for the first time and here is my experience. Coconut Chutney - tasted bad and sythentic. Idili - dry (see picture) Dosa - super dry. Masala inside dosa was squishy and didnt taste fresh. Vada - small and cold inside. Only good thing here was the coffee and service was ... average. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
