Fusion Flame - Brampton, Ontario

Agreed with many other posts here. I actually very rarely post reviews but we tried this restaurant a while back as we love Hakka food. As much as we wanted to like the restaurant, it just wasn't the thing and we'd never return back. The staff even apologized and asked ... us to give them a other chance as they are new at this and to give them a good review. I'm sorry, but you need to have exceptional service to deserve a great review. The food was alright, some dishes (can't remember now which) but we had to send back due to the poor taste. When we asked to send it back, they couldn't seem to understand why it was being sent back. As another person mentioned, there dishes had stains io it too which is quite the turn off as well. Lots of better Hakka restaurants out there, save your money and go there! Read more

This restaurant is probably my favourite restaurant now. I have visited several times. I recently held a dinner party for 10 people and the staff were great! The portions are generous and the food is very tasty. I love the chilli chicken, the crispy mushrooms and the spicy potatoes.

Great Hakka food in Brampton. Tasty food with very modern and clean ambiance. I tried Fried rice and Chilly chicken with Chef special fish which was suggested by the staff. Great food, friendly prompt staff, and low prices. My wife and daughter are fairly conservative in their menu choices (North American-focused) so having dinner there was a bit of gamble. I didn't need to worry though, both of them really enjoyed their meals. There's a great selection of vegetarian dishes ... to choose from which was a pleasant surprise for my vegetarian daughter. One of the best Hakka Chinese restaurants in Brampton I must say. They have an amazing variety of dishes to please every pallet. The ambiance is very inviting and pleasant, clean and well kept.
