This establishment only has 1 employee even during the busiest hours. If you’re coming during peak hours, you will be waiting 20-30mins to even be served.

Its 11pm and we got told dining room is closed. The store closes at 12am. How is the store open so late and the dining is closed so early. We ended up eating in our car which was so uncomfortable Then when we ordered our subs the girl didn't even know ... what the sandwiches come with. Very bad service, very badly made subs. Recently ordered from this Subway via Uber, and I must say, whoever prepared my meal did an impeccable job! My order was perfectly made, exceeding my expectations. Fantastic service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The girl working there night time needed to learn customer service;Neither the sub was properly made as per the instructions. Sub was not good at all. The girl is in hurry to finish it up quickly, not listening to the instructions ... clearly and feels like she just want to get rid of the customers.Even veggies are soggy.she was very rude while making sub. She don’t not know the value of her Position. Manager should be worried about their customers, no one will visit your store again. Had the weirdest/worst experience, first of all the girl working there was super slow. I ordered 2 footlong subs, as my husband and I were eating, the worker says “Sorry, I have to clean..so can you leave?”. I then asked her if the store is closing as we were going ... to order more to go, she then states “No, we close at 11, but I have a lot to clean.” It was barely 9:30pm… so we just got kicked out so she can mop. I’ve never experienced this anywhere, WORST customer service. Did not order anything else because I was so dumbfounded. Management needs to make changes. Read more
