With so many pizza options available around this area how can they deliver such bad food. Food came after 1h14m. Pizza looked like someone sat on it, and all soggy crust. Ordered from this location on uber eats and the order took 1hr 30 mins to arrive. The delivery guy didn't even ring my doorbell. Then I when I found the pizza, I open the box and there is an ANT inside!!! Absolutely disgusting

Service is good as most of the time I’m just picking up my orders. Pizza is the quality you expect from Pizza nova, but one thing I can’t let go is their chicken wings, chicken bites, and their wedges tend to be over cooked or dried out. Otherwise great place ... to grab pizza. Read more

A much welcome treat after every visit with my optometrist, Dr. Sud at the Brampton Vision Centre. So yesterday I observed a few slices of rather burnt pizza, wondering what the heck are these out on display...not knowing a style of pizza has arrived on scene!! Charcoal infused crust. Poor quality pizza. They skimp on the toppings, "extra" cheese means you finally get the regular amount of cheese, some slices are all dough/crust and barely any sauce, cheese or toppings. I will never purchase there again and would not recommend anyone ever does.
