Double Double - Brampton, Ontario

Ordered to eat in. 4 box 1 meals. 2 piece chicken and wedges and coleslaw and pop incl. Plus a pepperoni slice on the side got no colslaws or pizza then awkwardly asked if we still wanted them. Very poor quality service and the chicken was awful. Overcooked super ... hard.. I will not bring my family back here ever again. The wife yelling in the back *just give it to them* did not help. Not to mention I understand the language spoken. Ignorant and rude. I don't know how you get away serving this food. Very dissapointed and hoping I don't end up sick you can taste when the oil is super old too. Very gross. Read more

Owner dnt knw how to talk to coustmer. The size of wings is like chicken suffering from polio.

If there was a zero star, I'd choose it. At 5:12 pm on Jan. 22 we placed an order with double-double on Main street Brampton. At 7:23 pm, the order arrived. Over 2 hours wait from 7 minutes down the road is the first unacceptable thing. Follow that with not only ... cold food but near empty panzerottis. Pictures attached. We obviously called customer service right away, the Rep was hung up on by the store when he contacted them. A Supervisor was called in to help. It then took another 30 minutes again for a replacement order. Note picture 4 of an open half of the new panzerotti. Yup, it has one, just one, slice of peperoni in yet another pretty empty shell. Better than the last one that didn't even have peperoni at all. Absolutely the worst pizza experience ever. Double-double will never make another nickle from me. Read more

Decided to give their 20 wings and 20 potato wedges for $21.99. I wasn't expecting much, but the wings we're much better than I'd thought they'd be, and the wedges aren't anything spectacular, but not even close to the bad wedges I've had. Delivery was prompt and the delivery guy was pretty ... cool, so they get a solid 4/5. Read more
