Very poor quality, very ordered for well done but pizza is not cooked properly, dough uncooked

Very friendly staff and very good service. Staff puts customers needs first. Staff has checked multiple times by calling me to ensure the order is not duplicate. Great example of good customer service. I like hot pizza and I have always been served with hot pizza by this store. This is ... my go to store and they are delivering well to my expectation. Location is perfect with ample parking availability. The credit for success of the store goes to the staff and management. I ordered pizza from here today at afternoon around 2 pm, I don't know why don't they care for hygiene, I found out hair in the pizza, please find pictures below. 🍕🌟 Stopped by Domino's in Brampton and wow, their pizza? Spot on! 🎯 Cleanliness is next level here; you could almost consider dining off the floor (but let's not). The only slice missing from perfection? Seating. Adding a few tables could really crust their sales to the top. A tiny mix-up ... with orders sometimes, probably because the staff's busy sharing the latest gossip - adds a bit of flavor to the visit, doesn't it? 😅 Mistakes happen, and it's all in good fun. Updated review after multiple orders from this location. It would be good if the staff could follow the instructions on the order. When asked for extra pizza sauce, they tend to dump everything in the middle to address it. Despite repeatedly mentioning to the staff that the pizza was not sliced evenly ... and the toppings weren't spread uniformly, they still struggle to do a decent job. The pizza ends up with uneven slices and toppings tossed irregularly. Management needs to look into this and consider retraining the staff. If you look at the attached photo of the pizza, it's evident that there is room for improvement in the staff's pizza-making skills. Read more
