It was my birthday and I read somewhere that they offer one free scoop. I was with my daughter and the girl on counter informed about the app installation and how they need the coupon. But looking at my daughter she just offered me a scoop after checking my id. ... It made my and my daughter’s day to see such nice gesture. One of the worst Baskin Robbins ever. They’re bloody cheap. I was taking out a sundae and since they’re the only one opened after 10 pm, I had to drive from far away for this location. I asked them if they can put hot fudge in a separate container so ... it doesn’t melt the ice cream once I’m home. They said no! When I asked the reason, it is because an extra cup is 30 cents more. Like really, I’m spending 11 dollars on this thing, you want to argue me over 30 cents. Also their scoop size is very tiny. They should check out what other BR is doing. The people working here at 10.30 pm on Wednesday 10 April have no customer service skills. The owner definitely is paying 3 people working there to just chill and chat and create issues to regular customers. I’ll never return to this location. Read more

Ice cream is ice cream but they have some shady "specials", online I could buy 4 pre packs from this location for 36.99, thinking today the 31st I would receive 31% off that price. Low and behold the 4 packs ring up as $52 and the 31% brings the total ... after tax to $35.85. Very shifty practice. I guess I will have to just buy kawartha from the grocery store for the same price but better quality. Read more

This location of Baskin Robbins has the friendliest employees , serving with a smile always. They always help when I have a hard time deciding what to order. Also they readily let you try out the flavours to help you choose. Very clean and tidy with amazing lighting and seating ... space available. Quality wise its good but on the basis of customer service the experience is disappointing. Have to wait to order for almost 15-20 mins. The cashier was only attending one customer who has to preorder and others were waiting in line for about 20 minutes. On topmost she wasn’t even ... attending anyone else. Read more
