The 2 ladies working so hard to accommodate 5 people at 2 min before close thankyou for the great service. Smiles on their faces and were very very polite, We will be back.

The food arrived SOAKING WET and sitting in a puddle of something. The staff are quite literally terrible, they lack basic customer service and if English is your only language they do struggle to communicate. Calling them after an issue they berate you and hand the phone to one and ... other and treat you VERY poorly. They ignore you during the call and speak amongst themselves in a language I don’t understand, only to laugh and make you feel as if you’ve done something wrong for complaining about an inedible meal. Don’t buy from here, this is a very very terrible location. You will not get a resolution and will leave feeling worse than coming in / ordering. Bramptons customer service has declined drastically over the years, and this is a prime example of why. Unable to take ownership for their mistakes and they’d rather pick fights and be rude and disrespectful than try and solve the issue and come with a solution to try and keep a customer satisfied and wanting to come back. All we wanted was the food replaced and to know this wouldn’t happen again. If you value your money and your time, you won’t come here or order from here. You won’t be respected and your order will be rushed and sloppy. The staff believe themselves to be untouchable and I have never in 31 years been treated as poorly at this chain, than I have anywhere in my life. My first time here, I heard firehouse subs were so good from my friends, I got the brisket sub, it was good when I found the brisket...hardly any meat on it, the girl was nice enough, but didn't say hello, I didn't even know she was there behind the ... counter! Maybe ssy hello to a customer. I heard the one in Milton is way better and puts brisket on the sub. I won't be back, my sub was $16.00 for a medium and the of bottle water was $3.14!!!!! HOLY CRAP! Ok subs, expensive. Ordered through app, it said ready for pickup at a certain time. It wasnt even started when i walked in at the time. They also forgot ingredients. Clean place, lots of parking. Wheres the green peppers and onions?

I had their Pepperoni Meatball Sub for the first time. It was awesome! By far the best meatball sub I’ve ever had! At work we were counting inventory and we placed a pick up order. I picked it up, it’s about a 15-20 min drive from ... where I work. When I returned, I was surprised that the Pepperoni Meatball Sub was still crispy!!! It wasn’t a soft, wet mess like I’ve had at other places! I would recommend trying it!
