Heritage Fish & Chips - Brampton, Ontario

I love their Fisherman's Platter, the fish, shrimps and scallops was amazing. Perfectly battered and deep fried. Having been to Las Vegas and trying Gordon Ramsay's Fish & Chips. Heritage wins hands down!!! I just wanted to point out how amazing Heritage is.

We were craving Fish and Chips one day, and decided to check out this place. The environment is very casual and warm when you enter. The waiting staff were prompt and readily available to take our drink orders. You can get half portions, but I was ready to get a ... full haddock experience. It is very easy to get carried away and thinking you can easily have the full portions, only to shamefully ask for box to take home. If you take it home, try and airfry the fish if you want to maintain some of that crunch. The fish is insanely crispy on the outside and juicy and flakey in the inside. The chips are beautifully done, the coleslaw (ordered seperately) added such enough sweet and sourness to cut the fried food. They also give you a generous amount of lemons for your meal.
