East Side Mario’s - Brampton, Ontario

Disgusting. Dirty. Get your shots before eating here. The patio is unkept and looks like a job site. The salad had mold in it. The food seemed to be microwaved/completely baked from the heat lamps. Providing pictures below. I advise you folks. Stay away.

We haven't been to East Side Mario's in a bit and so we decided to dine here this evening. Food was great, delicious and fresh as expected. However, the Waitress wasn't very welcoming and / or friendly. She hadn't smiled or made us feel comfortable or at home. This is ... the only location we go to but I strongly believe that the Staff need to have a quick refresher in great Customer Service. A smile goes a long way, folks. I recommend this place. Food was delicious and the server was very polite. No complaints on my end. She even offered me a free soup while I waited. Thanks east side (I see reviews of bad service. I'm a believer of the attitude you present is the ... attitude you receive. I cracked some jokes with our waitress. Asked her her name etc. Had a good time and great service) it pays to be nice. Never Again. Extremely slow. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our meal. $3.49 difference between big kids and little kids chicken fingers and fries for 1 extra chicken finger!!! I am very disappointed.

Nice staff but couldn't listen to the baseball game because of "sound system problems" sangria tastes like pop and fruit with no wine and very little booze and my parm sammy looked like and appetizer, probably about 4 ounzes of chicken or about the size of a slider.
