7.5/10. My grandma got the classic breakfast with waffle, syrup, and the classic coffee, which she preferred to Tim Hortons! I got the chicken-bacon mac n cheese and the hot chocolate. I would go back just for the mac n cheese! It was oozing cheese, had a nice crust and a ... good amount of chicken and bacon! God bless whoever made this! The hot chocolate was good, but not outstanding. My grandma enjoyed the eggs, the potatoes were okay. The interior was inviting and the place was quite busy! I think they're under staffed, and the prices could be turned down a notch or maybe feature more combos/ specials, which I really hope they take into consideration. I would return here. Read more

I used to buy my coffee there when I was at the library, but after I asked for a napkin so I could dry the tears of a crying child and got "...they are for paying customers...", not anymore. Until they fix their customer service, walk to the Tim Horton's for ... your coffee. They give those ultra-valuable paper napkins to anyone. edit: It seems customer service is a regular complaint, and, while the management has addressed many poor reviews, they've ignored mine. I can assume this either means my review is too unimportant to address, or they do actually feel napkins are too valuable to hand out to non-paying customers. Absolutely garbage customer service. The girl at the front taking our orders was so rude. It’s 10:30 pm and they close at 12pm yet they said the kitchen wasn’t open when I ordered soup. None of the screens for the actual menu are even on.

Nice for coffee date. Its cozy and I love their drinks. Good customer service too.

Their coffee is Bland, burning, and overpriced. Not to mention the rude staff. I am just going to walk to Tim Hortons from the library now on cause they have better customer service.
