Hi everyone, I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. Today, while I was there, I observed a concerning lack of personal hygiene practices that left me quite unsettled. One of the staff members, a young woman, caught my attention as she ... was cleaning the surfaces with wet rags. What was alarming was that she wasn't wearing any gloves while handling the cleaning supplies, which is not only unhygienic but also potentially hazardous. It's essential for employees to protect themselves and customers from potential contamination, especially in a food service environment. To make matters worse, after finishing her cleaning duties, she transitioned to taking orders and handling food without washing her hands. I watched in disbelief as she proceeded to pick up donuts and serve them to customers without any regard for basic hygiene practices. This lack of attention to personal hygiene standards is not only unsanitary but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Customers trust that the food they purchase is prepared and handled with care, and such negligence undermines that trust entirely. Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing due to the apparent disregard for basic hygiene practices. This place always seams to amaze me........... If you order something that takes a minute or 2 to make they stick their head out the drive thru window and tell you to stop well before the window ...... I can only assume this is because they are measured on some ... sort of metric and this is their way of circumventing it. When the drive is moving people they are more concerned with having as many people in and out then they are with order accuracy. a simple medium coffee with 1 milk and 1 sugar shouldn't be as complicated to make as they make it seem I would say at least 2 times per week they put cream in my coffee. the order accuracy on a simple order like that should be 100% Read more

Ordered a bagel, potato wedges and peach quenchers. Bagel was good, potato wedges were mostly burnt (always a hit or miss) and the peach drink had debris at the bottom. I don’t want to speculate on what it is, but it definitely doesn’t look appetizing. Not happy with this experience, ... and will not be back at this location. Read more

It’s extremely difficult to get a peace of mind when you don’t need to think about burned stuff in your food. I have been disappointed with Tim horton’s food prep, nothing is ever good.
