My recent experience at Tim Hortons was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite arriving well before the closing time of 11:00, I was shocked to find out that they were already cleaning their equipment and had stopped serving food at 9:40. This early closure, coupled with the long waiting time and ... evident short staffing, left me feeling completely unsatisfied as a customer. If the owner does not prioritize serving customers during regular operating hours, then why bother staying open until 11:00? It's unacceptable to turn away customers and close early, especially when they've made the effort to visit your establishment within your stated operating hours. Tim Hortons needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that customers receive the service and respect they deserve. Read more

Food is good but the service is not realy apricated we ordered ice coffee three times and i special mention less ice but i comes will full ice

Went at the drive thru specifically order Farmers Egg and cheese wrap and these stupid people ended up serving my bacon egg and cheese. First tim hortons I've been robbed by the employee twice. Frist time they charged me for items i didnt not order, second time they gave me half of what was order. Not sure if it's students working and have no other means of getting a snack or food.
