Starbucks - Brampton, Ontario

Had a great experience at this location in particular because of our barista/cashier Nitish. He was very friendly made my drinks extremely efficiently and most of all very tasty and satisfying. Thanks Natish for a wonderful visit!

I made the biggest mistake coming on this location and ordering my fav go to drink which was Mango dragonfruit lemonade, and I ordered 2 mediums of those and all I got in 14$ is just water and ice and when I confronted him , he said quote “ I ... had only this much dragonfruit” so he deliberately concealed the fact that he doesnt have any fruit left yet he charged me the full money. If i could give them zero star i would have given it for very poor customer service. There was a guy named nitish or whatever he doesn’t not know how to talk, he was so rude and racist as well. His behaviour was ridiculous. I asked him for water bottle ... he said this is not a grocery store when I said that i just asked and he denied that I didn’t say this, you may have some hearing problems this is the way they serve people. Horrible service if you can even call it service. Workers constantly chat in their language thats so rude. Do they not know how to speak English?! I guess not. Its unpleasant to hear another language when they are at the workplace and should be professional. I also got a cup ... with very little coffee in it. I did ask to have milk on the side, but it doesn't mean i wanted less coffee. Barrista, if you can even call that person, that is very rude and useless. The worst Starbucks in Brampton by far.
