Hero Burgers is my go-to fast-food spot, and let me tell you, it's a real winner. I've been there twice, and both times, the food was top-notch – seriously fresh and satisfying. No hesitation, I'm giving them a solid 5-star rating. And, oh man, you've got to try their sweet ... potato fries; they're a game-changer – perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. The whole vibe at Hero Burgers is laid-back, and the folks working there are cool. It's that rare gem where you can grab a quick, tasty meal without any of the usual fast-food disappointments. I ordered 1 order of vegetarian burger and 1 order of cheeseburger with gluten free bun. Extremely disappointed that NOTHING was labeled. Question for the employees - why was the vegetarian burger wrapped in the label that said “100% angus beef”, and the beef burger in a regular wrapping paper. ... Instances like this are where it becomes very hard for people with dietary restrictions. Also, Some of us don’t want to eat gluten free buns for the hell of it, we have to because of restrictions. I give full 5 stars for the service received as the folks behind the counter were really good and accommodating. This place was insanely expensive for a veg burger, and it simply didn't justify the taste.. I felt robbed when a combo meal was ordered, and it's simply not worth ... it, in my opinion. Read more

Staff need to be more friendly and attentive. They didn't greet upon entering and ignored for about 4 mins while looking at me from the back. The place is dreary and the food wasn't great. It is very much over priced and not worth it.

Was not happy with the presentation of the Smash burger I ordered. The picture showed a patty hanging out of the bun and all I got was a kids burger. It had no flavor. The circumference of the bun is bigger than the patty. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
