Five Guys - Brampton, Ontario

The mall feels incredibly cramped, and the layout only adds to the sense of claustrophobia. There is not enough space to comfortably navigate between stores, especially during peak hours when it gets very crowded. Despite the directory maps, it was difficult to navigate, and I often found myself walking in ... circles trying to find specific stores. The signage could be much clearer. Secondly Customer service across the stores was hit-or-miss. While some employees were helpful and polite, others were indifferent and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. This inconsistency reflects poorly on the overall shopping experience. Bramalea City Centre needs significant improvements in terms of layout, cleanliness, parking, customer service, and food options. Read more

Great place for shoppers…nice ambience with plenty of branded stores, food court and electronic devices. Visited Kitchen stuff here as well, this place has really kind and helpful staff… This shopping centre has a separate area for skating as well😊Must visit it.

My fav mall with all the brands under one roof. But gets crazy with crowd sometimes. They always have something going on in the mall. It’s fun!

This is a nice mall.It is huge and there is also a food court here.If you want to hang out with friends and family this is go to place.There is a metro inside and freshco outside the mall which is very convenient for groceries.Urban planet and forever 21 have discounts ... all the time. Read more

2023 October 3★ A two story shopping center with a few anchor stores including the supermarket within the same plaza. Inside, it feels like there are segmented districts one with an older feel (near the Tim's) and newer feel. It's ok. Lots of people at times.
