Wild Wing - Brampton, Ontario

We ordered via Uber Eats from this restaurant. We were missing an item. Uber Eats delivered our order in a sealed bag. When I contacted the restaurant the staff blamed Uber Eats and said the driver took my missing item. The restaurant claimed they had “proof.” I ... did not believe them, as the Uber driver had amazing reviews, and had delivered here before (without incident). The person who answered the phone at Wild Wing kept hanging up on me when I tried to rectify. She said she will provide proof to Uber Eats. Anyways….I received a credit from Uber Eats for the missing item….however I really hope the Uber Driver is not blamed because I know the truth about what happened. Read more

Do not go here if you are ordering takeout. They decrease the portion size. An order of a pound of wings typically contains about 8-9 wings. In our takeout order, we only received 6-7 wings in a “pound.” It was definitely not a pound of wings. And the wings are ... micro-sized, they are very small. Ordered classic non breaded wings through Uber, but got the breaded one instead. I cannot have gluten due to health reason. When I called the restaurant I was greeted with a lot of attitude and the woman snapped at me. Your customer service needs improvement. Love the food at Wild Wings but the service is questionable. Maybe the server was having a bad day, but not as pleasant as the locations. However, the quality and quantity of food definitely match up to the Wild Wings standard.
