Of all the burger joints both high end and regular fare, the burger is my favourite. It always taste delicious with the char of the grill and the well seasoned patty which is always tender and juicy...and that toasted Brioche bun...Oh My ....it is tasty town indeed. Update: February 2021 I dropped in to pick up Valentine's Day dinner. They also included a Valentine cheese cake on this special day. The food is always home made and simply delicious. It is a mom and pop establishment. And they take pride in their food unlike other chain pub restaurants. ============================================ My wife and I frequent this neighbourhood pub. The food is always delicious and the staff are attentive and courteous. A+++ experience each and every time. Revised : October 2020 The special Thanksgiving Turkey 🦃 dinner was simply splendid. The turkey had great flavour like it was brined before cooking. The gravy was awesome 👏 as was the fixings and the mash potatoes 🥔. We had our rehearsal dinner here last night and it was such an amazing time! The staff were so responsive, accommodating & patient with all our inquiries and requests. They worked with our budget and customized their menu just for our rehearsal dinner. They even personalized the menu for our party. The ... food was a big hit with our guests! They were pleasantly surprised with the delicious & generous portions. Even my year old niece said she would rate the place “10 out of 11 stars” but what she really meant was 11 out of 10 stars lol I also let them know our rehearsal was running late and they said it wasn’t a problem and still accommodated our family & friends even beyond their closing time. They truly went above and beyond for us and we are so incredibly grateful for such amazing service! Thank you to Kimberley and the rest of the staff at Crown and Lion. Had a wonderful time at the crown and lion, wonderful and friendly staff. The food came out quick for it being a busy lunch. Beef dip was awesome, fresh hot fries were great.
