Portuguese food AMAZING! Great service, great atmosphere. Came here for a ladies night with 8 of my girlfriends and we all LOVED it. Feels like family! Denise is an AMAZING SERVER!!! Everyone is welcoming and very accomodating. Will definitely be back, and so will all of my friends :-)

This review is based on their service only since we left before we could eat anything. When we walked in we went to the bar hoping to get take out, we then waiting for 15 minutes before anyone even looked in our direction. The only waitress there came over ... and we asked for a menu, she then said they dont have menu's because they have specials. okay, so we asked to hear the specials which she then told us at a fast pace with no details about the Portuguese named dishes she just spewed out in record speed. Good food very poor service, waited 1hr. And 30mins. for food and people that came after us got served first. Waitress kept blaming the waiter for the mistake of taking 1 of our dishes to another customer and it was her herself that screwed up. I asked to talk ... to owner about it and he refused to come out to talk to me. Shows how well he runs his buisness and how much he cares about his customers. Never go there again Read more

Terrible!!!! Despite reservations made weeks ahead for 13, we got separate tables. Waitress took our drink orders, then food orders 30 minutes later. No opportunity to reorder drinks as the waitress never returned to our group. Finally an hour later she returned stating that she was avoiding our group because ... she was overwhelmed, embarrassed and very busy with multiple large group parties happening. The owner booked four large groups, one of which was in the basement with only two waitresses working to serve the restaurant. We had to go to the bar to order drinks, even then the owner ignored us. Over two hours later, no updates on our food and questioning the server, we reported that we would be leaving. The cook came out of the kitchen to reprimand us for leaving, calling us crazy. No apologies by the waitress nor the owner. Very disappointing, we've been patrons of this restaurant for years. The current owner clearly does not know how to run a restaurant. PS. To top off the poor experience, one of the individuals in our party forgot her glasses on the table in the restaurant. Upon picking the glasses up the next day to find that they had opened) the hard case and bent the glasses. They're getting a one star only because I couldn't proceed to post my review without giving it a rating. My rating would be 0, never returning again. Read more
