All i can say is the food is good. Quality and quantity. Except for service. They are just so rude. Place is too small specially during busy hours.

Normally, the food here is really good. I never have problems with the food or the container they have. This time, the food was not properly placed and mind you, I’m driving. The food was kept the way it was handed to me. I am absolutely disappointed that when I ... opened the bag the pancit was all over the bag. When I called back, all I was told was “I held it wrong and that they changed the containers from their previous ones. Let us know next time if you want it wrapped” THAT IS NOT accountability. I am absolutely disappointed since I have been a regular customer here for YEARS. I forgave them for the time they accidentally forgot about my reserved food that they didn’t set aside months ago and took a little break from coming there. For context I was so disappointed as I had driven to go there only to find my food wasn’t set aside and there were none of the food that I wanted left. It was a popular food order so I made sure to reserve ahead since I didn’t make it in time the last Tuesday, so it was very disappointing not seeing my reserved food there upon arrival. Though, the food spillage in the bag today and ZERO accountability takes the cake. I will not be coming back for a while. That’s so sad since some of the people there are nice and sweet. I just want to be as honest and transparent as possible since the people here are so nice and have been great these past few years, that these few incidents hurt. It was my husbands birthday yesterday but I was prepared to order party trays from another non-Filipino resto that caters to order within an hour, not one day before,like most. My hubs said he’s tired of those & try Filipino foods, this time. At 3:30 pm, I ordered a party tray ... of Mixed Pancit & Empanaditas (hush puppies style, I’d tried from them before). They were kind to accommodate the rush orders. We were all satisfied with the taste & quality for the reasonable price we paid. So, thank you for their flexibility and not overpricing.
