We had a very good experience at this location for dinner. We were created promptly and shown to our seats by a very friendly woman. Our server was Dhyanu and she was wonderful...friendly, helpful, professional..just excellent. The food was also extremely good. Great experience..thank you!

We always visit this Swiss Chalet because of Linda, the best server there. She’s attentive, warm and makes every experience special. She always brings the kids meals first, ensures that we have what we need and brings lemon/water bowls after our meals. These are the small things that help us ... busy parents dine out. We have visited when she isn’t there and the service is okay but it’s not the same. She’s seen our daughter grow up and remembers their names. She always brings the treasure box after a meal so that our daughter can choose a toy and it makes dining out really exciting for her too. The food is always delicious and it’s a go to spot for us! This is my second review on this location. So ordered online and food was cold when delivery. And I got a 1/2 eaten coleslaw. Bread was old on the not so hot chicken sandwich. Why would the store even send this out. Normally I would not complain but myself and wife and ... more than good customers of Swiss Chalet. I would like to see them do better and have some pride in there jobs. Called the store and got the response we got "we are busy". If you had your car services and the wheel fell off on the way home, I guess for the shop it is ok to use the " we are to busy" response. Read more

Our waitress Harleen was really good. She was quick in taking orders and brought us the food in very less time. Very humble. Service is what makes you feel like visiting a restaurant again. Thank you Harleen for making the experience good for us.

Our server Ethan is amazing! He patiently explains all the great choices in the kids menu to my 8-year old. Now my kid wants to take me back for my birthday. Have to say the donut dessert is the BEST I’ve ever had. SO GOOD!!!
