I recently visited Popeyes and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere set a lively tone. Kiran greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly, ensuring I felt welcome. The menu had a great variety of options, but I decided ... to go with the classic chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The sides were just as delightful, especially the Cajun fries, which had just the right amount of kick to them. To top it off, the food was served quickly, despite the bustling crowd. This place has become my new favourite and I have already visited 6 times now and that is all because of one gem of a person working here - Khushman. His smile, his attitude towards the food and beverage industry is like amazing. He is always smiling and happy to ... suggest the best of the food. Awesome is the word!! Editing the rating I had given last year from 4 to 1. Ordered 8 piece chicken and received the most smallest pieces and it was dry. The quality of this place went from good to bad. I got from here last month it was not that great and thought it ... was just one of but looks like they dropped the ball. All the tables were dirty as well. Made a quick stop for one of my favourite spicy chicken sandwich locations. On one hand, I was a little bit happy that I had to wait close to eight minutes for my sandwich because it showed me that it was freshly made. On the other hand, a couple of ... pies that I bought that must’ve been sitting on the warming shelf were a little bit tough and chewy alluding to the fact that they would probably been sitting there for hours. After washing my hands in the bathroom I noticed mould along the countertop that clearly shows the bathroom doesn’t get cleaned very well or very often. This would literally be something that should just wipe right off. Cleanliness is clearly not very important at this location. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. The service itself was decent. I don’t know if it’s me or if people are just weird these days. When giving me my food I told the lady I do not need a bag or any condiments. She questioned how I was going to hold my food because there were two pies and a sandwich. I picked everything up with one hand and looked at her strangely.
