The ice cream is good but the service is poor. Put through two small cone orders through the Marble Slab app and when arrived at the store, the staff says that there's no sign it was for a cone or bowl, but rather a container. Meanwhile it says on the ... order the type of cone that was selected. Staff says it's extra and that it'll be given for free. Set up another order in the app to see the total and the total was the same including the fee for the cone stated. Somehow the staff assumes it's not paid for when it describes in detail the type of cone, and then announces they're giving it for free as though we got something we didn't pay for. I came here last minute needed a customized Father's Day cake! The staff was so helpful called the manager (she was off duty and it was 9pm) the manager said we can it done in time for when I needed it! I ordered a mint ice cream, it was extremely minty, tasted like toothpaste medicine and runny. I go there all the time and always get the mint flavour so I didn’t feel the need to taste it first. Went back to change the flavour and the manager watched on camera ... as she was telling her employees not to change my ice cream. Even though the manager was being extreme difficult the two ladies that were there were being very helpful and understanding and trying their best to rectify the situation. Amazing staff, very nice and helpful, horrible manager she needs management training. The manager did not want to change my ice cream, she wanted to give me a small even though I paid for a medium. In the end I ended up getting the flavour change after arguing with the manager for over 30 mins. Read more

Simply WOW!!, the lovely lady customized the order right there and then for the kiddo who was eager to experiment few flavors in a single cone! Incredibly so many choices available. Thanks for the amazing ice cream and smiles!! Definitely, a place to visit again! 🍧🍨
