I was invited from dubai for my friend's wedding ceremony, for them they chose the best restaurant in Brampton. I was surprised when they served the food they gave us knifes and forks as for the staff they don't offer spoons any more and most of our family had fork ... with rice. I think this was unacceptable you can't eat rice without a spoon. I will never recommend anyone to visit that kind of Restaurant, Restaurant owner can contact me if they need any further details. I just attached the pic & video as proof. I accepted if suddenly we visit in Restaurant with many guests but they were notify one day earlier that tomorrow around 20_25 guests are invited for the lunch party. Read more
Can't complain with the food. If you want a good, I mean a Great meal, Caravan Kabob is the place to be. This restaurant is such a revelation. My absolute fave and a recommendation you really have to try is their Mandu (chicken). It is so flavorful and you can ... actually eat it as it is. The chicken breast is so tender and not that dry. The beef sultani is quite salty and a bit dry. The Naan is so filling. A great partner to the mandu meal. what makesit a perfect meal is their rice. did I say that they have unlimited pop drinks too? The place itself is enticing and family friendly. But at times, some children would make the space as a playground and makes the place noisy. The crew is pretty occupied and they have no time to at least tell the parents. When we dined in there, our neighboring table was complaining of the noise but cannot do so as they do not want to cause a steer. But overall, experience was excellent as the food is unforgettable. Super amazing kebab and lamb shank, huge portions, fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced, highly recommend.
This is not restaurant quality!!! Precooked and pre-packaged stuff The owner never takes any accountability for negative reviews. Just read all his responses lol what a joke 🤣 You dont get greeted nor seated. You got to order and pay for the food before hand at the counter. Get up ... and go get your own food, you have to clean your own table. BUT YOU HAVE A TIP OPTION! MAKE MAKE SENSE! Two Customers came after us and their food PLATES was served first over 2 WRAPS. Waited over 30 mins They were the same culture. Racisim at its finest 👌 Got a tandoori wrap. The thing was loaded in salads that's dressed in so much vinaigrette I felt like I ate vinegar and chicken. You need to ask for prices as none is displayed. Do stay there and ask price of everything I might be interested. The owner states he's has good business for over 10 yrs then update menus accordingly you're running a business!!! Read more
I am so disappointed in Caravan Kabob. When they first launched, the food was average. It was over-seasoned and not enjoyable. We hoped it would be an alternative to Pamier Kabob (previously at County Court Blvd.) since Caravan Kabob is closer to our home. But, it was just a let-down. ... Fast-forward a few years, a friend told me the food there improved a lot so I should give it another try. So I did. And she was right. During 2022/2023, it was excellent. Their standards had definitely risen and we became regular/almost weekly patrons. Then, last month we ordered the chicken breast dinner and it was undercooked. By the time I realized this, I had already eaten some of it and sure enough, I ended up in the hospital the next day and treated for food poisoning. For me, I never touched that food again. I didn't know how to report the food poisoning officially but to any readers, please be warned. On to the present day - my family member ordered some food from them, which I believe will be the last time anyone in my circle does. It was reported to me that the bolagnee was burnt, hard, over-seasoned and the potato tasted stale. The tandoori chicken seemed to not be grilled properly, either. I hope they, too, do not get food poisoning from tonight's meal. They've sent some pictures, which I've attached to this review. They spent approximately $80.00 and received very low standard food. What a disappointment to work so hard for money that was just flushed down the drain. I felt like this is the last straw, I had to ensure our collective experiences were documented in a review for others to make informed decisions about where they're buying their food. Read more
