My mother and I went out for lunch after having unfortunately putting down our family pet. We sat on the patio and was greeted by an unfamiliar face. A man named Terri who we learned he was the new General Manager. He was smiling and greeted us in a kind ... and professional manner. We felt like he actually cared about the customers. We had not gone there for a while because we weren’t happy with the service amongst other things. What a refreshing experience and we definitely will be back. And Anna was our waitress and she even recognized us and said hey guys it’s been a while. She’s great and waitress very energetic and polite and kind and super fast! Me and my boyfriend came here for our 6 months anniversary, the food was amazing, the drinks were very good and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
This is a normal.boston pizza restaurant. Unfortunately the attention to detail was not there. They had gluten free food and beer which was nice to see. That said, I ordered coleslaw and was served bagged chopped salad with coleslaw salad on it, the salad was wilted at that. ... The pizza had different sauce on it than what I should have. Came in for lunch on a Wednesday, it was not busy yet our waiter came by our table maybe twice? We had a few other staff bring by food but we did have to ask for a refill on pop. The spicy pierogi pizza on gluten free cauliflower crust was ... alright, just a little steep on price. It was around $18 I think, for such a small pizza. Food: Incredible. Could be a little less dry Service: Lovely. All of the staff are very kind and work fast and efficiently Atmosphere: Clean. I have visited the washroom twice in one visit and both times were very clean. The sink, mirror and even the toilets were spotless!
