They forgot the FRIES in a tender and fries meal for kids I mean......come on !!! Very disappointed for the price and food!!!!!!

Very frustrated with my experience. I had a take out order for the club sandwich with fries deal. This restaurant is just 4 minutes away from my place and I came back home right after getting it from them. The fries were just slightly warm. A few of them were actually cold like ... if it was in a fridge. The sandwich was also just warm. Very dry chicken. I'm glad they sent a pack of mayo for that. The gravy was the only thing that was hot. On top of that they add those tips request to the credit card machine with a minimum of 15% ... on TO GO ORDERS. I won't be coming back that is for sure. This restaurant used to be good all around but I just had the worst experience with them last night. The person who took my phone call has 0 customer service blood in him. First delivery was fast... but wrong. They sent another driver 50mins later for a replacement and it ... was cold. I can officially say this was my last time ordering from them. Read more

The food is good, when I order on line it’s always ready when I get there. The portions are big compared to other rotisseries. It still affordable.
