The Grilled Cheese Hideaway - Bobcaygeon, Ontario

The Great Northern sounds a little weird on paper (apple chutney?) but I'm glad I tried it because now I won't order anything else. We've tried the tomato soup before too and also liked it. Great lunch spot!

Amazing flavor combinations. Paired with fresh potato chips and a pickle on the side. Had the Reuben, the Queen B and Totally Whipped which was the daily special. The smoked meat was piled into the Reuben, the sauerkraut balanced well and the bread of all three grilled cheese was toasty but not ... hard. The Queen B was very good. It's a bacon/apple/cheese/greens combination you can’t go wrong with. They were able to sub normal honey for spicy honey which I appreciated. Despite a huge order just ahead of us and call ahead orders being made, we had out food in under half an hour on a busy Sat afternoon.
