What a fantastic breakfast spot. Open early with very friendly and fast service. Karen is simply wonderful. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and volume of food served. I had a salmon Lox with avocado. My friend has an egg white omelette. Both delicious

The staff were excellent, coffee hot and good. Both our breakfasts were very tasty and presented well. Coming for the early bird breakfast is a good deal...anything else becomes pricey.

Really healthy options we loved. Both of our breakfasts were healthy and delicious. Loved the keto breakfast and to see a lot of avocado on the menu. The service was friendly and coffee refills were perfect.

Ok, hate to be the one to give this rating but beside the friendly service not much I can say about the food. I ordered the eggs Benedict. Food arrived without the home fries because, as I was told, they weren't ready yet. So my choice was to eat the ... eggs while still warm or wait for the potatoes at which point the eggs would be cold... decided to go with my 1st choice. Well, this was the 1st time I had eggs Benedict that were 2 seconds away from being hard boiled. The yoke had a small soft spot in the center...pretty far from being soft and runny. The potatoes arrive just as I finished the eggs and, as I predicted, they were burning hot. Once they cooled off enough, I tasted them but had no flavour whatsoever...it's like they were cooked from frozen. The rest of my company enjoyed their orders and they were surprised the way my order was served. I'm a bit at loss because I've been eating before at various Eggsmart places between Hamilton and Toronto but this was the 1st time I had this negative experience. Read more
