Really nice patio and great staff but food has gone downhill since last year. Fish Tacos had a tiny piece of fish with greasy batter, a teaspoon of chopped tomato, a ton of iceberg lettuce and cold (right out of the fridge) taco shells. The spicy mayo was ... good though. Buttermilk chicken sandwich was mediocre. Obviously a frozen product that was slightly better than McDonalds. Both came with a generous portion of chunky frozen fries. Neither was worth $18. Stopped by for lunch, food was delicious and service was fast. The restaurant is really dog friendly, our server brought out water for our pup! (patio is covered Incase it rains.)
Came by whilst passing through, ordered nachos, wings, fish tacos, buffalo balls and some beverages. Our server was Sarah!! The nachos came with queso cheese and had very easy to share format. You didn't have to worry about reaching in and pulling out the whole mound of chips with one scoop, loved ... it. The buffalo balls were crispy and hot, The chicken inside the balls was very tender and delicious. The staff were knowledgeable about region and extremely friendly. No nonsense sports pub that has a really cool open air patio. I loved the aesthetic of the place and the food was excellent. The real MVP was the Operations Manager who also happened to be my server. She was the nicest, most sincere waitress I've ever had. Great conversation and ... very timely deliver of my fish and chips. Which, by the way, was my favourite helping of fish and chips ever! Man it was good. Came out piping hot, fries were delicious, coleslaw was top drawer. Can't recommend it enough, really quite delightful. Wish I didn't eat it in 5 seconds, I might have taken a picture otherwise. The food and service here was so excellent you've made a customer for life. Thanks 72 Bolton! Read more
