Subway - Barrie, Ontario

The guy preparing our sandwiches was not too keen to serve us a sandwich with all veggies and all sauces. Supposedly, they have a rule of only adding 3 sauces and a few veggies. I have not seen this at any of the other subway stores. Seems like this location ... wants to run their version of subway which differs in quality from other outlets out there. Ordered foot long tuna today and picked up before deliver time. The sub and tuna is totally cold and not heated.Every time I order and pickup any tuna sub,I get it hot,looks the cook doesn't care.Hope it does not bother my health today. Dear Restaurant owner, kindly informing you that one of your employees behaviour ( Bhavna ben) was ridiculous, definitely she would be the one whom you will consider for loss in business. I am skip the dishes driver and went to the store , at 11:30 in morning, and they ask ... me for name of the customer, i sais its LILY, which didn’t match with their receipt, so i ask them can u check it in tablet? And she was like no we can’t as They don’t have tablet. And denied to giving me the order, so i said ‘ Thats how u gonna do business??’ And to my surprise, she was like ‘ Don’t teach me the business’ and pretend like an owner, which she can’t be at all with this kind of behaviour . And she said its your problem not mine, and after all the discussion and drama, she didn’t give me the order. Even though i call the customer and verified that this is the same order she ordered but your employee wasn’t ready to accept that either .So Good luck to u guys with that kind of employee. IN MY 5 years of delivering experience, I haven’t seen any other restaurant without skip the dishes Tablet, I don’t know how you guys are managing if u have to reach out to customer.
