Like they could do with more hands that visit of ours. Used table wasn't cleaned person who took our order apparently was either new or someone who came to pick up an order because he didn't quite know where things were. Safety Concern Ignored I ordered a pizza with the contactless delivery option, specifically requesting that the delivery driver not ring the doorbell ... to avoid disturbing my household. Despite this clear instruction, the driver not only rang the bell multiple times but also knocked loudly on the door, waking and frightening everyone inside, including young children. This blatant disregard for customer instructions is not only unprofessional but also raises serious safety concerns, especially in situations where contactless delivery is preferred for health reasons. Customer Service Failure When I contacted Pizza Pizza's call center to report the issue, I was met with indifference and refusal to help. The first representative dismissed my complaint outright, and after asking to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for an unreasonably long time. Upon calling back, the second representative also consulted with a supervisor who refused to provide any form of compensation for the distressing experience. This lack of accountability and responsiveness from customer service is unacceptable.
