Arrive this evening at the mapleview location with family and there was no other customers there the server asked me what we wanted and I said let us look at the menu and we will make are orders. With in not even 3 minutes she asked us 4 times ... what we are ordering and told her again when we decide what we want we will order them. Less than a min she back what would you like. Our most recent trip was buying short of a disaster. My friend got an upset stomach, the workers couldn't have been more upset with our presence, the portions were small (bowls were less that two thirds full), and completely bland. This is in stark contrast to our last visit to this ... location last year. I wonder if there's been a change in management in that time, especially seeing other recent appalling reviews. Read more

I tend to eat at Mucho Burrito when I’m out of town and need something reliable. I’ve never had a bad experience until visiting this location. I’m shocked that I didn’t get food poisoning. I opted not to get guacamole as it was so brown it had turned. I asked ... if there was a newer one and was told it looked the same. I also opted not to get cabbage as it was super old and dried out. Both looked even worse than the pictures in person. I’ll go back to other Mucho Burrito locations, but not this one. The service was fine with no issues. Lots of parking and right by the 400. I mean, not bad grub and solid flavor in terms of my expectations. I would say for like 19 bucks and that I only got veggies and beans in my burrito salad with no protein, this does seem really steep and I'd expect more value for money even though it ... was yummy. Read more

Absolutely appalled. I’ve always enjoyed this food but today I went in to order my usual and was so disappointed. They had the nerve to Say all I could get was beans and cheese. No toppings other than garbage green peppers. Everything else would be extra. No corn no salsa ... no veggies of any kind. They figured I’d accept this but I walked. You can’t treat customers that way and get away with it. So for the regular full price you can’t substitute or have veggies on a veggie order. I asked where that rule or pricing was shown on the menu. “It’s not”. You’ve lost a good customer. I won’t stand further this. What a waste of time trying to get in and parked. Read more
