Noble Cuisine Thai & Japanese - Barrie, Ontario

This was a favourite restaurant of mine. I would come here with all my friends and family, but after my most recent two visits, we will never eat here again. One of the last times I ate here was on a Saturday night and there were two other tables aside ... from mine. The other two tables checked out and the staff started vacuuming all around us and flipping chairs onto tables (even though it was hours before closing time). They were very pushy and made us package our food up to go. My most recent visit, the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Some food was questionable with taste. Most of our placed orders were not received. The staff was extremely rude and again very pushy when it came to payment even though we were not ready to check out. It's been two months since I came to Barrie. I came to Noble Cuisine on a friend's recommendation and had my son's birthday party there. It was a really fun experience to have the food brought to me when I press the menu on the pad. I am Korean, and ... it was nice to see that the people serving me were Chinese as well. I was sadly disappointed with the food I recieved tonight. There was either a small piece of plastic or a fish scale in my Tuna Maki. The most disgusting restaurant /sushi place we have ever been to in general. I am honestly shocked at the amount of high reviews this place has. We went on a Thursday afternoon. Super dead, we got sat in a corner, very smelly and tight. We’ve seriously never had food at ... such low quality, the fish on the sushi was FROZEN- the white tuna was literally frozen and discolored. The chicken was RAW. Nothing had any flavor in it and everything was seriously disgusting. The waitress handed us every dish to put on the table and was expected to hand it back with a baby in my hand?! We’ve tried every sushi place in Barrie and we love them, this is honestly the lowest restaurant we have ever been too, there’s no way this place has repeating customers, worst $31 spent ever. Wow. This is my new favourite all-you-can-eat Japanese and Thai restaurant! They have a lot of options to choose from and there are some unique foods that I’ve never had anywhere else. They put a twist on things such as butterfish sashimi and it was delicious. The service was fast and ... we didn’t have to wait too long for the food.
