Once you get into the restaurant you are in for a treat. The food was traditional Italian with a wide variety of choices. The flavour was phenomenal. Always outstanding from the service to the food! I have never been here and had a single item I didn’t like. This past Wednesday we took my father in law out for an early Father’s Day lunch. The soups are always a must try and my favourite is the mushroom soup! ... I’ve been lucky enough to catch it a few times over the years. I love their affordable $25 menu for lunch and they always have a special of the day that is sure to make your mouth water. My husband had the chicken parmigiana which I had to have a bite of, as it’s one of my go-to favourites. The sauce on the penne funghi is so smooth and packed with flavour. Portions are very generous too, so you won’t be leaving hungry. I also ordered take-out back in January for my birthday. If you are someone who doesn’t like to eat out, but wants to experience the great food I’ve mentioned, you can’t go wrong with a pick up order, it’s packaged well, was still pipping hot travelling back to the south end from Dunlop and the perfect at home date night for me and my husband. Fabulous restaurant. The food was inviting, fresh and deliciously flavourful. Alot of details, like lemon infused goat cheese and plentiful fresh side veggies really put our meals over the top.
