I ordered chicken Quesadillas l Literally had no chicken or sauce I told the waitress apologizing I'm paying for flat bread, I should've taken a picture. Waitress was wonderful, BTW. First time going to a Boston Pizza in years and man was it a disappointment. The floors were disgusting, looking like they had not been cleaned in many days. They took nearly 20 minutes to acknowledge our table and ask for drinks, which the one drink was served with floating ... things in it. We were told it was the end of the bib and the replacement was better as they replaced the bib, but even that took quite a long time. Our server barely came to our table to check on us or ask about drink refills. Wasn't worth complaining to management about, because really a free coupon is not what we were after. The food itself was fairly okay, the new mac and cheese pretty decent. Not enough to make up for the atmosphere and service though. We simply paid our bill (with a minimal tip) and left. However none of us will be back after that, nor do we ever recommend it. Read more

It's visits like these that are making Boston Pizza our favourite place no matter which location. This franchise is being run well. The service was prompt, responsive and friendly. The food was served hot and fresh. The kids menu portions are stellar. We love just getting a bunch of different ... pizzas and splitting them. Read more
