Fries were delicious! Staff seemed like little overwhelmed. Not sure the reason for that, but a smile on a face doesn't hurt too much. Food quality was amazing and we got to enjoy our food in a spacious dining area inside the mall!

RIPPED OFF SPECIAL NEEDS KID FOR 20 BUCKS. Be very careful sending unattended kids to this store the staff are crooked and looking to steal from children at the mall. Disgraceful they should all be fired.

I totally loved your service especially the guy named Garvit. He was so kind hearted and even had a friendly behaviour. I really liked his service. It was my first time in New York Fries so I didn’t have any idea about the menu so he suggested me veggie fries ... and I really enjoyed it. Read more

The staff is beyond friendly. I always go there over any other place to eat. Fries are always fresh. Never a long line. Happy happy associates! Go eat at this place!! Love that the gravy is vegetarian
