Ordered a soft taco supreme combo with diet coke, didn't get my Fry's at all, no tomatoes on the tacos, also ordered 3 separate soft taco supreme with no tomatoes and a separate fry supreme with no tomatoes, which came right however Fry's where half full. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It’s becoming a theme with these people. So incredibly overpriced for what you get. 6 taco supremes and one Big Crunch combo was 38 dollars. No wonder why they never tell you the price when you order and just tell you to pull up. ... Was handed a drink in the drive through with it spilling out the sides. Why fill it up that much ? Had to use napkins in my car to wipe it off. Waited for 12 mins in the parking lot for our order and it wasn’t even busy at all. Finally got the order and the food was old, cold and just low quality. Lettuce was soggy nothing was even close to being even warm, fries were so objectivity old stale and just cold. It just straight up hurts my feelings that a worker here can consciously put that in a bag and serve it to someone and not even care or feel slightly bad. Tacos are mushy and flavourless, carelessly thrown together. One taco had beef and grease on the outside. Why? Just more proof that at Bayfield KFC they just don’t care and have zero pride. The Big Crunch chicken was so old the actual chicken wasn’t even white anymore. Mayo smelled weird. Again, how can you serve that to people? This KFC is a perfectly prime example of the complete insanity of what the fast food industry thinks what the standard of food quality and service has become. Absolutely disgusted and filled with regret, I’m out nearly 40 dollars for food you can find in a dumpster. NEVER coming back. This was a KFC visit and definitely the worst I've ever experienced. About 2 years to renovate this location and this is what we get??? The restaurant was filthy as every table in the place was dirty. Garbage was overflowing, soft drink area was filthy and it took over 40 ... minutes from ordering to receive our mediocre food!! It's obvious to me that nobody is cleaning the restaurant during dinner. Makes me wonder what the kitchen actually looks like. KFC should be ashamed of this location after such a long way to reopen. Never going back again, Popeyes or Mary Browns from now on!! Read more
