Great food! The new grilled sandwich was superb. I didn't get the guy's name, but the young man who was running the counter had FANTASTIC service. He was full of energy and excitement for his job.

Cole is an absolutely amazing employee. Balancing large orders, call ins, and walk in traffic. As a manager of another business you as owners of this franchise need to realize his talent and attention to clients needs and details. 2ND TIME in a row ordering over the phone, and when I get there my order was given away to someone else!!! I called 10 minutes ahead to order lunch for a dental office, and I said I’ll be right there to pick it up. When I got there, they ... said our food was given to someone else who came in to order. What’s the point of me calling ahead then? I am still a customer too. Now our staff is left with no lunch, because I ordered this for a specific time. No consideration for timed orders. Read more

It is a great place to try halal fried chicken and chicken sandwiches. The food is delicious and customer service is great too.

Customer service! The guy who served me ( see picture ) , should be retained at all costs! From the moment I walked in he was greeting me. Super friendly! I wasn't able to access my app to collect points, as it signed me out, and I couldn't remember ... my password. I told him not to worry about it as I didn't want to hold up the line. He said he wanted to take care of me because of this and did something very nice for me. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. I hope MB recognizes what that they have with this guy.
