Tim Hortons - Barrie, Ontario

I was at this location Friday June 28 2024 at 13:30. There was 3 of us standing in line to order. We waited for so long that the last gentleman in line turned around shaking his head and left. The gentleman behind me even tried to call out to an ... employee who walked right past us not even glancing in our direction. A few minutes after that I was called to order. I asked for a turkey bacon club toasted on whole wheat and cut in half. I was informed by the cashier that it came on an artisan bun not whole wheat. I received my sandwich…..not cut and barely toasted. I took my sandwich back to the counter and asked for it to please be cut like I requested. The cashier gave it to the girl that was making the sandwiches. I’m thinking a little more training in manners might go a long way in this location. Maybe phrases like “hi there be with you in just a moment” or yes I’m so sorry I will fix that right away. Something……anything!!! We were passed by three employees who totally ignored our presence. The service is good most of the time. However the atmosphere and appearance of the inside of the restaurant is abysmal. Dont know how they pass health inspections when there are fruit flies going in the bakery cabinet and on the buns by their dirty food prep area. I frequently visit this store and this is the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from one of your staff members. I had ordered my coffee and was waiting for my order when a young male staff member was going on break and ordering at the counter. ... His language was very offensive, foul, and completely unprofessional. He used the word “dildo” and engage in foul language like the f word. What’s more concerning is that he seemed very comfortable behaving and speaking in this manner in front of customers, which leads me to believe this is not the first time he has done so. This is embarrassing behaviour and unfortunately this is who you store has representing your company. Completely despicable. Every time I come to this store. There was not only a lineup, but there was people sitting around that are supposed to be working and getting through the day working on making customers happy every time I come here. I have a problem with either the food or the ... coffee being burnt. I am not happy with this Tim hortons on Bayfield It is unacceptable for the way that they work and the management is poorly done for the team work that is going on there. I will say this because I have a sister that works. Management there and every store is ran perfectly. This store out of a hundred I will give a 40 % rating they need to pick up and work on the materials of working skills as a team But form Most management should have a thing called. I was standing in line with another person that I was with, she ordered first, then it took over ten minutes to get to me even though the employees were just standing there? It took my over 15 minutes to get her food even though no one was there and ... it was a muffin and a water. One employee asked me if I had been served yet, and I said no, but nothing was done.
