My boyfriend and I both ordered a meal size double pork.... every time we go we get less and less.... we both had maybe a tea spoon of pork next to no cheese dont know what was up with the bacon... it was soooo chewy like barely cooked chewy.... we ... have been coming here for years and the quality of food has been dropping. I keep telling myself I'll give it another shot, maybe the quality will go back to the way it was but sadly it has just been getting worse and worse, I think I'm done and can't give it another shot... sad to see a good place go to the can. I took my family that came for a visit to this place and i talked so highly about this place to them because i wanted them to try the “authentic poutine”. The guy who served us was on the phone the whole time which is totally fine but this food ... is disgusting we couldnt eat it at all and i was so embarrassed and disappointed because that was their first experience! The fries are burnt out and too soggy and we literally wasted our money which is fine. But to give this to people to eat is totally unacceptable. Poutine Lover Must visit !!!! Such a great experience with the rocking environment and mouthwatering poutine. Also, the staff is very hospitable. Highly recommended for different types of Poutine.

I’ve been coming here for years and service and quality had been declining. Since about 6 months ago (July 2023) it has really come back by way of service and quality. Price wise it is on par with most places and portion sizes are fine. Keep up the effort. Still miss the peppercorn ... gravy though! Read more
