Wish, I could just give one star. We are vegetarian and first time we tried beyond meat and we ordered 2 and both had different colour inside they by mistakly made one beef patty and they broke our religion when we went inside a manger said(lady) we checked camera ... and one was old and one was new that's why like this I mean seriously?? We had a stomach ache after that.. It is a concern of the health and I want the owner to please have a check on this one because I will complain in health and safety simcoe because this is completely not acceptable. Read more

What a joke. The wait times at this location are always super PAINFUL!! Don't bother stopping here if you're in a hurry. The drive thru is just as slow as going inside. The service. Or lack their of gets frustrating. The food is mediocre and there's not enough staff in ... the place ever. Its open 24 hours. Late night food is the absolute longest wait. Not my go to for late night food either. I also feel that the prices are ridiculous. Got 2 meals burger drink and fries and a pouting. Totalled almost 50$. In no way is this a good deal what so ever. I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order then they proceed to make it, then I went up to the window to pay and get the food and the person at the window said “can I help you?” Then I pay and he gives my order to ... realize the 2 fries I purchased were not in my bag. So I go inside and ask where it is is and he puts only 1 of them in my bag. Overall 1.5 stars, and very under staffed. Read more

Incredibly yummy root beer, its phenomenal and I literally cannot chug enough. The joint is clean, nice space and the staff are also friendly. The A&W Canada app is also super sweet and I always try take advantage of their deals and promo’s.

Food is delicious, French fries are fresh and tasty. But our morning was made by Dwight, his excellent clients service and wide smile. Thank you, Dwight. Pls give him a raise, he is awesome!
