Never have I ever encountered such rude people. Staff and manager. They argued with what I ordered and what I got. Demanded our money back and left. Unbelievable. We won't be going back there. Didn't rate the food because we didn't leave with any. This used to be a ... real good store with good KFC and now they suck. We left kfc and went to Popeye's. Got what we ordered with no hassle. As I stood and waited for my order I noticed everyone having issues with communication and errors with their orders. The cashier didn’t know there was a 10 piece family feast and I had to show him on the menu behind him. We were taking ours to have a ... picnic in a park. 1)they forgot the fries 2)many of the 10 pieces were tiny 3)chicken pieces were very dark and very greasy. Ate here 3 years ago and decided to give it a second chance since I was craving KFC and my first visit was terrible. Surprisingly this time was pretty good. Young man at the window was very polite and food wasn’t bad. Still not the KFC I remember from the past ... but way better than my last visit! Read more

Buyer Beware!!! Contrary to what it looks like, this is not a chicken nugget!! But this is what they classify as a piece of THIGH MEAT from an EXPENSIVE bucket of chicken we ordered and every single piece of chicken was this size!!!! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! The ... gravy was horrible and had absolutely no flavour and it was disgusting warm coagulated flavourless brown Jell-O. Not to mention I stood there for 10 minutes and watched the whole chicken/taco process happen and thank God FOR THEM the public can’t see how dirty this place is!!!! This location seriously needs some adult headship in the kitchen. I ordered my food online, and it's impacted to me that my order would be ready around 8.46 pm which was about 45 minutes after I ordered the food. I arrived there at 9:00 pm to pick up my order, ... but these kids there had no clue what I was talking about... because they were busy playing with the Boys forgetting they had a job to do. This is not the first time; I had this problem with this very location. All I got was to tell me "NO FOOD,". Yes! I was told no food. And I asked why. they couldn't give me any straight answer other than to tell me to wait and let them make it. How could there be food when nobody was cooking? Hello! I feel sorry for the owner. These kids should be fired including the manager and replaced with serious people who want to work and seriously need the job. Cooking food for the public is a serious business and not a joke. It's not something to play with...Because people's lives depend on the food you're cooking. Someday you will use Blench or Detergent by accident to mix or fry Chicken because you people lack concentration. Despite all these, However, what vexed me most was when I asked for my refund... the manager told me since I ordered online that it would take 2 weeks to get my refund. THAT WAS A LIE!
