If the store hours is not respected then probably other aspects is not respected as well. If you say you close at 6 so close at 6 not beforehand. Worst location by far. As well as dry and stale popcorn

I was literally there waiting to order when a lady in front of me decided to try some flavours(asking a lot of questions). I was waiting patiently when a mom and 2 daughters came and the kids wanted to buy so with them being kids and getting excited fine they ... got to order before me as they decided to go up the counter when I stood behind the lady (in line) deciding what sample she was gonna purchase. She proceeded to say let me go on the side to decide and come back. At this point the employee didn’t acknowledge me again and helped the kids and mom. The lady trying the samples literally jumped back in the counter as the family was paying and she was helped before me AGAIN. I get she was there first but she left, and the employee at this time for the nth time does not even look or acknowledge my existence that I was there waiting the whole time to atleast say “I’ll be with you in a moment” should she have done that, I would have waited. But no, I was frustrated and left without purchasing. I was even gonna buy their promotion 2L + 1 free bag, but nope. Not being acknowledged as a customer doesn’t deserve my business thank you. Young guy working there tonight , with the multicolored hair, has a great attitude towards customer service.well done. I didn't know they don't accept cash, that's on the ownership, but that is a ridiculous policy.

My wife and I attended Kernels at the Bayfield Mall today around 5:00 pm, what a great experience. All the staff were extremely friendly, the popcorn looked delicious and the store was very clean. The staff had a great sense of humour. Please pass ... along our fantastic experience. Read more
