Have been to Horseshoe multiple times in the past decade. Not the best resort in Ontario but a solid family location! Rentals are okay and will do the trick. My husband & I came for our first visit this past week, and it was excellent! Exceeded every hope & expectation! Staff were lovely, extremely pleasant and willing to help answer any questions! We had some struggles with our A/C since our stay was during a heat wave and we ... were three floors up - but Dan & Paul were more than willing to come check it out and help us find a solution! This was our first visit to this resort to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and we stayed for two days. We purchased the 'hotspot package,' which included all the summer activities available in and around the resort. The rooms were neither small nor large but quite pleasant. We loved the room ... and the service provided by the hotel receptionists, who were well-informed about our stay and explained everything during check-in. We didn’t have high expectations when we booked, but the overall stay, accommodation, food, service, amenities, and activities exceeded them. In hotel single rooms are tired but spacious and very clean. The cost was amazing and the view gorgeous of the golf course. The condos are spectacular. Full condo very modern and beautiful views.
