We expect less crowds on a Monday afternoon, but the water was clean and warm enough and the view was spectacular. Overall I recommend relaxing at this place on your trip to Banff. I liked the fact that you can rent a towel for 2.5 CAD.

The pool was nice , very warm and relaxing. We went at 9:15 pm, it was moderately busy. The staff reminded everyone to be quiet a few times (I didn’t think it was too loud at all). It’s really beautiful calming and soothing to your body one can sleep in the water and relax the summer. Just be prepared to remove your shoes when you book the tickets really good lockers. Hot, crowded but beautiful. It was expensive. There is a 10 minute limit in the hot springs, then you would have to get out for a few minutes to cool off. I spent 45 minutes total time in the pool, you can spend more time in the pool but ... we chose not too. I paid $120 for six of us, just for under an hour. Read more
