We had the most beautiful evening in the Ramsay Bar (bar seating of this Italian restaurant) Max and team were hot on service (Max may also have the smiliest face in Canada) and the transformation into the “thirsty reindeer” for Christmas was so special. The food was delicious and the ... team were flexible around my fussy daughter. The affogato was so clever, I won’t tell you the method so you get the same surprise! The only negative is the heat. It gets SO hot so if you’re visiting from another hotel wear short sleeves and layer up from there! Read more
Loved this place! It’s a bit smaller then I thought it would be, but it’s cute. The ambiance is nice, the staff are all great, and the food was delicious! Definitely a must try!
We sat at the Ramsay bar as the main restaurant was full, but this ended up being an excellent choice, great service and delicious food! Went again, this time we sat in the main restaurant, it was really cosy! Tiramisu and Almond cake are one of the best we have had.
We came here on a weeknight evening. Place was clean, service was quick and there was a lovely tree in the middle with soft music playing. Since there soft music and the tables were very close together, we felt like we couldn't talk above a whisper without people hearing ... our whole conversation- this made the experience less comfortable. I got the seafood linguine which was tasty, but not worth $50. My husband got the the veal parm which he really enjoyed. Overall it was an enjoyable meal, but probably wont go again. Read more

We came here in hope of an upscale and classy dining experience. The food and service were top notch. However, while we adhered to the dress code there were people let in who looked more ready to play darts at Boston Pizza than attend a high end restaurant. Not only ... that but they acted like it. I was very surprised to over hear that one person at this table was an employee at the Spa within the hotel. Another let down was having to watch people walk to their rooms in bath robes as we sat at our table. Some people didn’t even have robes on so I saw more noodles than I signed up for that night.
