Usually I love coming to this shop anytime I’m in Banff, however… the customer service was terrible as the lady who worked there was extremely rude. While we were telling her what we wanted, we had to repeat ourselves over three times for multiple items. Volume wasn’t an issue, she ... just wasn’t understanding the very basic words coming out of our mouths. She was visibly annoyed and continued to glare at us throughout our purchase. Lots of treats from all over the world. One of the largest Pez collections I’ve ever seen. Well laid out. Reasonable prices.

I forgot what I was looking for when I stepped into this Banff Sweet Shoppe! Everything is so colourful! This shop has a wide selections of specialty candies, chocolates, sweets, fudges, toffees, rainbow lollipops, truffles, jellybeans, caramels, nougats, candied nuts, flavoured honey sips, bubblegums & gum balls, fruit chews, chocolate ... macaroons, maple cream cookies and maple syrup just to name a few. There’s definitely something for everyone with a sweet tooth. Everything is well organized and I love the cute ceiling train! Finally found what I was looking for… maple syrup dark chocolates!! They have a wide array of candies and sweets here. If you do have a sweet tooth I would most definitely recommend coming here to see their selection of snacks. I will have to say I would hope in the future that they order actual Wonka bars here to add ... to their collection. Read more

The Banff Sweet Shoppe is a wonderful addition to the strip. They stand out as a purveyor of sweets and decadence. I love the interior decor and how it appropriately fits the olden day sweet shop of movies. There is a huge selection of candies and chocolates not found in the typical ... big box and grocery stores. A lot of imported goods that you would not find elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to the worldly acquisition of these goods, prices are high. Yet, if you find a chocolate bar from home, I'm sure you will be happy to pay to enjoy it.
