Evelyn’s Coffee Bar - Banff, Alberta

We chose this place because it was the only coffee shop that opened early. To my surprise the food was really tasty (I had a Spinach Feta Pastry) and the Chai Latte was really good. The prices are very reasonable too. Nice outdoor seating and spacious indoors as well. But above all ... the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and seemed very passionate about their work. Best place to have coffee in Banff! The only place we found that used skim milk! It was an absolute relief. Cakes, scones etc might be pricey but definitely not dearer than anywhere else in Banff. Lovely customer service and they also sell a few souvenirs They saved my life whilst staying in ... town for the week! Great local coffee place. Very nice variety of pastries and drinks. Reasonably priced. Lots of seating with a nice vibe. Would recommend the ham and cheese croissant and parfait. The London fog was also very good.
