Highly recommend nourish bistro Banff for dinner or brunch! Our favourite dishes were the mushroom ravioli and the new lettuce wraps. The juices are really fresh and real and the service is very friendly and attentive. The beetroot hummus was also a highlight. We were pleased that they stay open ... until 10 pm as well. Really good vegetarian food! Lentil burger was outstanding, but ramen was a bit too salty. Staff was friendly and polite but service was a little slow. Overall, a good meal, and would definitely recommend this place.

Great vegetarian place in Banff. Many places have options, but a full veg restaurant is great. We go the poutine with vegan cheese curds, Vietnamese noodle salad, and breakfast platter from the brunch menu. The restaurant seemed to be short-staffed, as we had to wait to order and pay.

This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants I have ever been to! The food was unique in many ways, each dish as incredible as the next. The patio had a wonderful view and atmosphere, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Definitely try the bear burger, as it is ... the best vegetarian burger I have ever tasted by far, and many people said it tasted almost exactly like a real bear burger. Stopped here for a late lunch after seeing photos of the yummy food. We had had no idea it was a vegetarian restaurant. The burger was the BEST burger I’ve ever had! So much flavour, amazing salad with it that was insanely fresh, delicious haskap cider. My partner had the mushroom ravioli ... and it was great. The staff were sweet and loved the atmosphere. We were not a fan of the Caesar, the liquid was too strong on the turmeric and not dirty enough, but the garnishes on top were beautiful & yummy. Pleasantly surprised by this little spot! Read more
