4.8 ✨ A extraordinary place for seafood boil. The first time we went was a >30 min wait time so we didn’t get in. Then we tried the next day around 8:30pm and got in easily but they closed at 9:30. Dinner menu was different from breakfast and brunch menu so we ... ordered magnolia salad, Cajun seafood skillet, big easy, and shrimp and grits to share. The portions were huge and seafood was so delicious and well-cooked! Wanted to visit again for the brunch menu. Our server Andy was professional and friendly so we had a great experience here! My mom and I ate here for dinner. We had the Boudin Balls for an appetizer. Mom had the Cowboy Soup and I had the Creole Jambalaya. Our waitress, Princess, was great - super friendly. The food was good and had a nice spicy kick to it. I loved that ... the outdoor patio was dog friendly, I brought my toller puppy, Bogart. Our waitress brought him a bowl of water as well. Read more
A delightful enclave of Louisiana nestling in downtown Banff. With its colourful decor and welcoming atmosphere the scene is set for a relaxing evening. The menu had a formidable range of dishes which were accurately described. We were cheerfully greeted by Andy who offered informed advice when It came to ordering ... the meal. The dishes were an authentic interpretation of Cajun cuisine and were good value for money. Read more
Went for a late lunch post Gondola and we were able to get seat pretty quickly. We preferred to sat outside and it was nice and comfortable. We ordered Fish and Chips, Jambalaya, Tacos and Sandwich, there wasn't a single dish on the menu that wasn't great. Their cake that ... came with Jambalaya was off the charts, just melted in my mouth. Fish was so delicious in both wrap, sandwich and chips. I am definitely coming back again. Read more
We often hear how great their breakfast is here, but can never make it to breakfast. We're already on the road for our hiking adventures before this place opens. One of the nights, we got back early, just in time for Tooloulous. Their southern food is packed with flavor and a ... kick. We had the gumbo with cornbread, fried green tomatoes, fried catfish and wedge salad. They were. Another thing to note is how informative and friendly the staff is. There's also a neat 'hot sauce and other spices' shelf by the counter for you to grab as you wish. Read more
